Now I am working as Community Mobilizer in ( Take A Childe to School) with Muslim Hands International. During these projects, I have attended many workshops and conferences. These training workshops conducted by different national and international organizations such as Friedrich Noman Foundation and Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN). Citizen Voice of Pakistan General Election 2018 in this project worked as Coordinator. The Citizens’ Voice Project highlights US and Pakistani commitment to strengthening democracy and governance in Pakistan through citizen-led activities.
As one of the longest-running civil society initiatives in Pakistan, the Citizens’ Voice Project issued 364 grants to 227 Pakistani Civil Society Organizations, contributing to the institutional strengthening and development of Civil Society Organizations throughout the Country.

When I started this job my duties include monitoring enrollments in seven union councils of District Chiniot in the project Take a Child to School the funded by British Council Pakistan.
My achievements of this project are as under:
Monitored the out-of-school children in respective union council enrolled through this project.
2 NO- Project Citizens Action Democratic Pakistan(FAFEN)
The second project was on the local Body Election main responsibilities identification of 13 social organizers for facilitation camps for the candidate and mobilization of low casting voter areas In this project training of candidate about the election code of conduct. Made a district-level group for further advocacy for a free and fair election. Identification of 40 observers for election day observations.
Achievements under this project facilitated the candidates and 180 candidates trained and mobilized the people in the ten polling stations. Observed the election day and send reports on the observation. All activities of implemented projects within deadline. ,
